Alternatively, the night shift could be taking your vital signs at 6 am, when you’d be awoken for other hospital routines anyway. WebHoping for some input from people who have tried different ear plugs for sleeping during the day when on my 7 day shift stretch. been wearing hearos disposable ear plugs every night for about 5 yrs now cuz they are super comfy but gonna be starting night shifts soon and am trying to upgrade.
